I want you to be completely happy with your Small Town Girl Beading purchase. Because each piece is handmade, please contact me within 7 days of delivery if you have a problem with your order.

Returns: Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me as soon as possible so I can make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
